By downloading, accessing, or using Paipi ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Paipi is a personal growth and life coaching platform that provides AI-powered coaching, educational content, daily motivation, challenges, and community features. Paipi is not a licensed mental health service, medical provider, therapist, or financial advisor. The content provided is for educational and motivational purposes only.

Always consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or financial matters. Financial market data shown in the app is for educational purposes only — it is not financial advice. You take full responsibility for your own decisions.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Free Tier (Spark): Access to basic features with limited AI coaching credits per month.
Paid Subscriptions (Driven & Legend): Monthly subscriptions that provide additional AI coaching credits and premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
iOS In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to your Apple ID account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested through Apple.
Web Purchases: Payments processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings.
Credits: AI coaching credits are consumed per interaction. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
You retain ownership of content you create within the app (journal entries, Win Wall posts, etc.). By posting content to community features, you grant Paipi a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Paipi offers an affiliate program where users earn credits for referring new subscribers. Credits are awarded when a referred user completes a paid subscription purchase. Paipi reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Paipi and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Paipi does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the coaching features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paipi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
