Welcome to Paipi ("we", "our", or "us"). Paipi is a personal growth and life coaching platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and profile information via OAuth (Google or Manus login). We do not store your password.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, AI coaching sessions (anonymized), and session duration.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe and Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes. We only store Stripe customer IDs and subscription identifiers.

User-Generated Content: Content you create within the app, including journal entries, Win Wall posts, challenge check-ins, and coach conversations, is stored securely and associated with your account.

4. AI Coaching Conversations

Your conversations with the Paipi AI coach are processed by our AI service provider to generate responses. Conversations may be used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve the quality of coaching responses. We do not sell your conversation data to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our Service (Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. In-App Purchases

Paipi offers subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system and Stripe. Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your Apple ID account settings. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases — please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
